Shipping
Shipping is a flat $7.00 per order. It does not go up if you buy more, so a single stake light and a thirty-two pack cost the same to deliver. We deliver to all 50 states.
Getting your order out
We pack orders within 3 business days. Anything ordered over a weekend or on a public holiday goes out the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Allow 7 to 15 business days from the day your order ships. Our lights come from an overseas warehouse, which is what keeps the prices where they are and also why delivery takes longer than a parcel moving inside the country.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Tracking often sits quiet for the first few days while the parcel is in transit. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Addresses
We ship to any US address a carrier will deliver to, including apartments and business addresses. Check your address before you order — once a parcel is in the postal system we cannot redirect it. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable we will refund the order, less the shipping we already paid.
When it takes longer
Customs checks, weather and the run-up to Christmas all add time, and none of it is something we can speed up. If your tracking has not moved and you are past 20 business days from dispatch, email us at contact@kimasolar.us. We will either chase the carrier or send the order again. You do not have to wait longer than that to hear from us.
Damaged or missing items
Open the parcel and check it when it arrives. If something is broken, missing or not what you ordered, email contact@kimasolar.us with a photo and we will sort it out. Our refund policy covers what happens next.
